1. Return Policy

Eligibility Conditions

You can request a return within 15 days of purchase, subject to the following conditions:

The watch is in its original, unused condition.

All tags, labels, and protective film are intact.

(Unfortunately, if any protective film is removed, we cannot process the return request as this violates our policy.)

The original packaging, including the box and instruction manual, is complete.

A valid purchase receipt (invoice or order confirmation) is available.

Return Process

To begin the return process, please contact our Customer Service team and send photos or videos of the watch. After approval, carefully pack the watch and all accompanying materials, and return it to us using tracked and insured shipping (only local shipping services or EMS are accepted).

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned watch, we will process your refund within 5 business days via the original payment method.

2. Exchange Policy

You may request an exchange within 30 days of purchase, subject to the following conditions:

The watch is in its original, unused condition.

All tags, labels, and protective film are intact. (If the protective film has been removed, we regret that we cannot process the exchange request.)

The original packaging, including the box and instruction manual, is complete.

A valid purchase receipt (invoice or order confirmation) is present.

Exchange Process

To begin the exchange process, please contact our Customer Service team with details of the watch you wish to exchange. Once approved, repack the watch and all accompanying materials, and return it via tracked and insured shipping (local shipping or EMS services are accepted only).

After receiving and inspecting the returned watch, if it meets the requirements, we will send you a replacement. Any price difference will be handled accordingly.

3. Warranty and Repair Policy

Warranty

All Py-Luxury watches are covered by a 5-year limited warranty, covering manufacturing defects and malfunctions under normal use conditions. The warranty does not cover damage due to accidents, misuse, or unauthorized repairs.
